Before we build your home, we build a building to build your home in. We can build your home better, faster, more economically, more comfortably than it can be built out in the field, where your wood your glass and everything else is going to probably get rained on and deteriorate during the 9 to 10 months it takes on average to build your home out there.

Building your home inside a large building (like an aircraft production hangar) has some distinct advantages, some obvious like dry clean wood, dry drywall and insulation, and some perhaps less so like the kind of people who work on your home in a controlled environment as compared to the kind of people who travel around, build in an area for a couple of years, then move along to the next area (which could be hundreds of miles away). Our craftsmen and craftswomen, workers and laborers can come to work at the same location for their entire careers. Our employees are accountable.. ultimately to themselves, but first to a foreman, a supervisor, and plant supervisor, but most significantly to their peers, their co-workers. Team bonuses depend on everyone on the team.

Controlled Environment Construction means Teamwork. It Means Precision Production Quality Control, Cost Control, Shorter More Efficient Building Schedules, Accountability, CEC Means a Better Home for You. The Most Home for the Money, Period.
